Abstract

This article examines the way the cellular application Tinder balances dating ways together with broader app environment homosexual people use in London. Inside the local gay area discussion, Tinder is considered to be a niche site where the homosexual “nice dudes” get, making the platform as a socially constructed atmosphere where homosexual boys behave in a diametrically compared method to the normative hyper-sexualized actions of prevalent gay hook-up software.
